Peter Ritchie, CPA, CA, CBV, is the Chief Financial Officer of Tracker Networks Inc. He manages the company’s operational finance, financial reporting and administration processes.

 

Peter is also on the Advisory Board to the Board of Directors of Nutarniq Corp, a rapidly growing biotechnology company.

Peter has over 13 years of senior finance experience in the corporate sector. Over the course of his career, Peter has accumulated experience related to business strategy, financial reporting, enterprise risk management, financing, acquisitions and divestitures.

Prior to joining Tracker Networks Peter was a Director of Planning and Analysis for Scotiabank’s Canadian Banking Business. Prior to that he was the Chief Financial Officer of Community First Credit Union Limited, a regulated retail and commercial based financial institution. Peter also held senior finance roles in Citigroup Inc.’s Canadian consumer finance and credit card businesses. Finally, Peter was the Chief Financial Officer of Assurent Secure Technologies Inc., a global leader in the information security sector, which was sold to Telus in 2006.

Peter holds Chartered Professional Accountant, Chartered Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator designations. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, with a major in Honours Economics, from the University of Waterloo.
