His latest book is called A.S.K. - Advisors Seeking Knowledge - A Comprehensive Guild to Succession and Estate Planning (LexisNexis, 2013). His books are used in post-secondary programs across Canada and are found in educational libraries throughout the English speaking world. Peter is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners and holds the Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation. He has been awarded the prestigious Fellowship of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI), which is recognized as Canada's highest honour in the financial services industry. As well he holds the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation with the Financial Planning Standards Council of Canada.

He is seen and listened to on CBC's The National, CBC's News Network, CBC Radio, The City News Channel, BNN, Sun News Network and CP24. Peter is a professional public speaker who has achieved the Distinguished Toastmaster's (DTM) designation, the highest level from Toastmasters International in the areas of public speaking and leadership. He has been a Master Practitioner and trainer in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) for over two decades. Peter is also a member of Mensa Canada.
Peter is most proud of his role in education where he has lectured and curriculum at several post-secondary institutions that meet the criteria for inclusion in multiple designations. These designations include the Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Public Accountant, Certified Human Resources Professional and Certified Employee Benefits Specialist designations. Peter's current project is his fourth and upcoming book called "The King of Main Street." The theme of this book is business succession planning through mentoring of our next generation of societal leaders.
